I loved the friendly and helpful staff, they gave great recommendations! the architecture in the lobby is fine. the rooms are spacious with excellent views. i also enjoyed the lovely infinity pool. It was super cool. dining options are great, and the casino added some fun!

I benefited from unbelievably wonderful service. They met me at the airport and had a car waiting for me. they escorted me to my room upon arrival. There was no waiting at a check-in desk! upon departure, they came to my room for check-out. Such efficiency!

The check-in process was excessively slow. i waited over an hour for a room, a significant delay. also, finding a place to sit in the lobby proved difficult. Seating was insufficient for the number of guests.
