the room had high-quality facilities. it considered all aspects of family travel. the sky pool had nice views towards the garden. my kid enjoyed shooting videos with her toy.

breakfast felt rushed. it wasn't really a place to relax. value for money was not good.

I was grateful for the convenient location. The hotel is near main attractions, so it was easy to get around. The breakfast had many options. I did found something I liked. I liked that my room was clean.

The noise prevented me from resting. Bedding lacked fluffyness, I did expect better for this price.

My stay included access to the excellent infinity pool. It features dedicated lifeguard staff and clear depth markings. The pool area provides ample seating. I found several shaded areas perfect for relaxation. The shops nearby offered many choices. There were also several food options.

The check-in process experienced slight delays during peak hours. This meant a short wait before accessing the room.

I loved the friendly and helpful staff, they gave great recommendations! the architecture in the lobby is fine. the rooms are spacious with excellent views. i also enjoyed the lovely infinity pool. It was super cool. dining options are great, and the casino added some fun!

the wait at check-in was a bit longer than expected.

wonderful service efficient checkout

I benefited from unbelievably wonderful service. They met me at the airport and had a car waiting for me. they escorted me to my room upon arrival. There was no waiting at a check-in desk! upon departure, they came to my room for check-out. Such efficiency!

My Club Double or Twin Room was adequately furnished. The room included a stocked minibar. There were blackout curtains, good for sleeping in. The bathroom featured separate tub and shower facilities.

The elevators did occasionally get quite busy.
